Pink House Farm is a private home available for rent throughout the year including during Middlebury College special events weekends and holidays. Please know that you will be renting the home’s main portion which sleeps eight guests. A long-term tenant resides in the connected studio apartment. The house and apartment have separate driveways and entrances.

RENTAL PERIODS, AVAILABILITY, AND PRICING

• Please note that all rental rates are required to pay a $350 cleaning fee and refundable security deposit, which is not included in the following costs.
• All rental rates are subject to a 9% VT Rooms Tax.
• Maximum rental period: 29 days consecutive days.
• Multiple week discounts are available: 3 consecutive weeks, 10% off total rental.

Nightly Rate:

• Rate: $1,200 per night. Minimum rental period: 2 nights.

Middlebury College Graduations:

• Please contact us for rates and availability. Minimum rental period: 1 week.
